How to Order
The Online Shop of the land of Corfu NATURAL PRODUCTS requires you to register first before your order can be processed. Once you have completed the login procedure you can place products in your Shopping Cart and then follow some simple steps to choose shipping and payment methods. An order confirmation email will also be sent to your email address straight after the order is finalized. Note that this email only confirms the receipt of your order. It does not confirm your payment status. Once your order is processed, you will receive a follow up email confirming your payment status and shipping details. All packages are accompanied by simple sales receipt.
Payment
Payment options include international bank (SWIFT) transfers denominated in EUR, cash card or credit card and prepaid card.

Delivery
Your order will be dispatched within 3 working days from the time you received the order confirmation email. All orders are shipped by the Hellenic Post S.A. (ELTA). Once your package is sent we will send you an email with the final confirmation and instructions on how to track and collect it. Shipping cost will be added to the total cost of your order before submission.
the land of Corfu NATURAL PRODUCTS does not deliver products to PO Boxes and to minors or persons under guardianship, without written authorization of their parents or guardians. In cases of force majeure the land of Corfu NATURAL PRODUCTS is not liable for delays concerning the execution of the order. In cases of products supply shortage the land of Corfu NATURAL PRODUCTS is not responsible for delays and the user can be informed about the progress of the order from the customer service (order@thelandofcorfu.com).
the land of Corfu NATURAL PRODUCTS will replace any product delivered that is not in excellent condition.

In order to receive your order you have to inform us in time if there is any change on your address information.
