These terms and conditions, together with our current website prices, delivery details, contact details and privacy policy, set out the whole of our agreement relating to the supply of the goods to you by LOC Natural Products. Nothing said by any sales person on our behalf should be understood as a variation of these terms and conditions or as an authorized representation about the nature or quality of any goods offered for sale by us. Save for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, we shall have no liability for any such representation being untrue or misleading.

You are required to sign up in order to make the most of the services and features available in our site. 2. Getting ready for your purchase

By submitting an order to us, you represent and warrant that the provided payment details are both valid and correct, and that when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full. By placing an order, you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing details.

– have authorized LOC Natural Products to process a charge or charges on their credit/debit card in the amount of the total purchase price for the ordered products.

3. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, which means that items in your shopping bag are not reserved and are available to other customers until the completion of your purchase.

You can complete your order in your Shopping Cart page. You can there make any changes you wish, such us removing any of the products or manipulating the quantity with the arrow buttons. Changes take effect after you press the Refresh button. To calculate the final amount of your order, select the delivery method of your preference and add any active discount coupons you might have acquired. When you are confident with your choices, the specifications and the quantities of the products added to the basket, you can “Proceed to payment”. At the next step, it is necessary to fill out your Billing address and the Shipping address, only if different. This step is mandatory even if you choose to pick up your order from our store.
Delivery costs vary depending on the kind and weight of the products you choose to purchase and they will be calculated as you make your order and shown separately before you pay the total of your order.

Upon completion of your order you will receive a confirmatory e-mail containing all the information regarding your order.

We reserve the right to cancel your order if one of the following occurs:

– Your payment is not authorized.
– There is no delivery service available in your location.
– You don’t agree to the Terms & Conditions of our site.
– One or more of the ordered items was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error.

All credit/debit/prepaid card payment transactions are performed through Viva Wallet’s electronic payment platform which uses encryption TLS 1.1 with protocol 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). This encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it while using the appropriate password.

4. Payments policy
LOC Natural Products is headquartered in Corfu, Greece and all our transactions are in Euros (€). You will be billed in Euros. If you are a customer whose credit/debit/prepaid card is not denominated in Euros, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction. Please note, that if you purchase from a country which has other currency than Euros, then currency fluctuations and credit card charges may make a difference to the amount billed on your credit/debit card.

5. Shipping
DOMESTIC ORDERS
Deliveries will be made by the carrier to the address indicated in your order. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address you provide us is correct and accurate.
If your order is returned to LOC Natural Products because the courier or postal service could not complete the delivery to you for whatever reason, then you will be responsible for the repeat delivery costs

6. Insurance & delivery
LOC Natural Products insures each purchased product during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to the shipping destination. In case the delivery falls through due to the courier’s fault, we arrange a new delivery within 3 business days with no extra charge whatsoever.
All LOC Natural Products products are provided to you in special packaging that ensures that they will get to you absolutely secured and at excellent condition. If you have detected that your package is tainted or tampered with, LOC Natural Products does not assume responsibility. Please contact us to arrange a replacement for your order.
LOC Natural Products is not to be held liable or responsible for any failure to deliver your order caused by events outside our reasonable control (Force Majeure Event).

RETURN OF WRONG PRODUCT
In this case, after we get back the product you mistakenly received in its original condition, we’ll send out the right one within 3 business days from the delivery. The costs of the second delivery will be covered completely by LOC Natural Products.

RETURN OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
In this case, after you send us an email informing us of how the product is defective and after you send us the product to review the situation ourselves, if the product is deemed indeed defective you may receive a full refund for your order.
Refund can be given in two ways:
1) A voucher to continue your purchases in our store at a later time
2) A deposit to your bank account after you have sent us the necessary details

LOC Natural Products ships your orders via The Hellenic Post with standard shipping, the price of which is determined based on the weight and nature (liquid or not) of your order and based on the shipping address.

In the case that the address you have given us is incorrect, it falls under your responsibility to correct the address before shipment is completed, for we will not be obligated to send a second package to the righty address should you not correct it in time.

LOC Natural Products ships worldwide, with the approximate duration of shipping varying depending on the shipping address. For overseas shipping the estimated time is two weeks to three weeks, while for shipping in the EU the estimated time usually is no more than a week.
